Characteristics of OPP film composite bags

1. OPP film composite bags have good transparency, better heat resistance than CPP film, and good barrier performance. They are widely used in the outer layer of composite bags, and are combined with aluminum foil with good heat sealing properties to greatly improve the rigidity, stiffness, and physical and mechanical properties of the composite film;
2. Good heat resistance, with a melting point of up to 164-170 degrees Celsius. Without external pressure, the product does not deform when heated to 150 degrees Celsius, which is an excellent performance that many thermoplastic plastics do not have;
3. Good mechanical strength, with a tensile strength of 365-390kg/cm. High surface hardness, high elasticity, and less prone to fracture; Low friction coefficient, less prone to scratches during mechanical operation, low creep resistance, and less prone to deformation of the finished product;
4. Chemical stability, acid, alkali, and oil resistance, with moisture-proof and waterproof functions;
5. Good oxygen resistance. Poor insulation and UV penetration, and poor anti-aging performance.
