Precautions for packaging roll production

Roll material is a commonly used packaging form in the industry, and it is widely used. Therefore, the knowledge points to pay attention to when processing and producing roll material are as follows.
1. Before starting the machine, confirm that the raw materials, including name, specification, weight, quantity, and production schedule are accurate and accurate;
2. At the beginning of overprinting, the overprinting material should be within the range of the roller registration cursor (adjustable according to the situation during the overprinting process);
3. Move the raw materials to the center position of the material shaft. The discharge and receiving shafts tilt slightly due to gravity bending, so they need to be slightly inward biased by 1mm to 2mm during discharge and receiving;
4. Set the tracking adjustment guide roller to zero (horizontal), and after normal feeding, adjust the tracker to automatically track the material edge, and then make fine adjustments according to the actual situation;
5. The adhesive tape at the joint of the roll changing material shall be used to completely fit the roll surface without cracking, so as to ensure that the roll changing will not be blown to the upside down by wind. The bonding point between the material and the adhesive tape shall be between 1/3-1/4 of the tape width. When sticking the tape, the less water the better (too much water will be brought into the ink by the material and affect the printing quality). The PE material must be stuck with Double-sided tape;
6. Remember to check whether the material shaft is inflated, test whether the paper tube is fixed and set the circumference consistent with the size of the material, test whether the corona treatment value of the material is normal according to the process requirements, and whether the material width (with a tape measure) and thickness (with a thickness gauge) are qualified after measurement, and then check whether the material has defects, mosquitoes and bubbles by visual inspection;
7. When changing rolls and cutting materials, accurate judgment should be made based on the thickness of the material to avoid the phenomenon of "running sharp ends". Transparent materials can also be judged based on the color of the paper tube (the closer the material color is to the color of the paper tube, the less material there is).
